Euphorbia francoisii crassicaulis rubrifolia
Endemic to Madagascar and different from the standard E. francoisii most notably by having much thicker stems (Latin "crassus"=thick, "caulis"=stem)
The leaves are longer, wider, and more colorful with crisped margins.
Known only from a single collection made by Rauh and from an obscure location, this species is on the most sought after of the mini Madagascan Euphorbias.
Its popularity is due mostly to the intense coloration of the foliage which varies greatly from one plant to another.
With the crinkly edged leaves and thick stems, we used a special pink clone to make most of these seedlings
Available in 4 inch pots.
Ships in pot.
