Euphorbia erythrocucullata
Product #1505
Native to Madagascar south of Manja.
Another member of the Euphorbia milli complex but with prominently different flowers. The inflorescence is wrapped in a pair of red beak-like bracts that barely open enough to let the stamen and pistil peak out rather bizarrely. The new spines emerge with a purplish blue hue that later turns to grey.
We are offering seedlings from controlled pollination of ISI 2006-19 HBG94014.
Available in 2 inch pots.
